Echo
Echo is a customer feedback platform of Swisscom AG. The aim of Echo is to collect, process and evaluate (Sentiment Analysis System - NLP) customer feedback from various channels and touchpoints of Swisscom AG and to visualise it at a glance and make it accessible to every Swisscom employee.
